SMART CIM 1.0 Lab

The SMART CIM 1.0 lab (A208) at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering is equipped with 3 Airwolf AXIOM 3D printers and an Airwolf 3D HDR printer. These printers are capable of printing parts using ABS, PLA, HIPS and a number of flexible materials at a resolution of 40 microns in the Z-direction. The lab also has a 3DS Capture 3D scanner, which is used for prototyping and building CAD models from physical objects. The lab is primarily used for students to acquire a hands-on experience in 3D printing technologies.
