Power Source

SOURCEMETER

Capable of generating currents and voltages and simultaneously measuring them with high accuracy. Combines a precision direct current (DC) power supply, a power source, a digital multimeter and an electronic load in the same unit. Common applications include current-voltage (I-V) characterization of silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN) semiconductor circuits, batteries, photovoltaic cells, LEDs, DC-DC converters, power MOSFET circuits, lighting systems, and other non-linear components.

Gear Box Motor

Delivers high torque at low horsepower or low speed. Used for small applications in the lab requiring torque and reducing speed. (vague definition/could not really understand what it does)

Nanovoltmeter

Measure low noise voltage and characterize low resistance materials and devices. Higher measurement speed and great noise performance. It offers a simplified delta mode for making resistance measurements in combination with a reversing current source. Usually used in research to determine the transition temperature of superconductive materials or the ability of a material to absorb heat.
