Temperature Controller

Monitors and controls two separate temperature locations. Can support nearly any diode, RTD, or thermocouple temperature sensor. Two independent PID control loops with heater outputs of 25 W and 2 W are configured to drive either a 50 Ω or 25 Ω load for optimal cryocooler control flexibility.

Resistivity Test Fixture

Measure volume resistivity up to 10^18 Ω-cm or surface resistivity up to 10 Ω. The test fixture is designed using a three-lug triaxial connector that allows simple connection to a Keithley Electrometer. This measurements will show how much is an insulating material’s resistance to leakage current through its body and surface.

Universal Probe Station

Two main applications. First, a four-point sheet resistance measurement of a thin layer or substrate which is used in nanofabrication to measure the resistive properties of conducting films. Second, a three-point spreading resistance measurements to analyze resistivity versus depth in semiconductors. The tool is used primarily for determining doping structures in silicon semiconductors

LCR Hi - Tester

Measures frequency from DC with a range of 42 Hz to 5 MHz. With features such as the ability to display four parameters out of the possible fourteen at a time, show upper and lower limits, and memory for thirty sets of measurement conditions, among others. For repetitive tests, measurements can be saved to internal memory and called up in the future

Nanovoltmeter

Measure low noise voltage and characterize low resistance materials and devices. Higher measurement speed and great noise performance. It offers a simplified delta mode for making resistance measurements in combination with a reversing current source. Usually used in research to determine the transition temperature of superconductive materials or the ability of a material to absorb heat.

Switch Control System

Measure temperatures with a thermocouple, control via internet, timestamp to see how temperature changes over time, measure 2 channels at once. Provides a convenient mechanical and programming environment for a variety of plug-in modules. With the appropriate plug-in modules, the Switch/Control System provides high density/high speed switching and digital I/O capability.
