Curing

AUTOCLAVE (SMALL)

Achieve the desired fiber content (resin-to-fiber ratio) and the absence of resin voids to produce lightweight and strong components. process parts and materials which require exposure to elevated pressure and temperature for the curing.

VACUUM OVEN

Drying applications under controlled conditions at either normal atmosphere or a vacuum. Can be used to desiccate, for vacuum embedding, plating and electronic component processing applications.

Vacuum Oven

Produces a vacuum or desired atmosphere conditions. This desired environment will prevent any surface reaction or contamination. Entire applications can take place under this conditions through the introduction of an inert gas. Used for thermal processes.

Vacuum Over

Produces a vacuum or desired atmosphere conditions. This desired environment will prevent any surface reaction or contamination. Entire applications can take place under this conditions through the introduction of an inert gas. Used for thermal processes.

Tube Furnace

Quickly heat up and/or cool down samples. Operates with the following specifications: Max temperature of 1100°C, 120 Volts, 6.8 Amps, 0.8kWatts, and 50/60 Hz. Typically used to coat, dry, hardening, or purification of samples
