PRESSURE REACTOR

Chemical reaction vessel which can conduct a reaction under pressure. Used to conduct a reaction above the boiling point of a solvent. Secondly, the pressure can reduce the reaction volume, including the liquid phase, and in turn increase concentration and collision frequency, and accelerate a reaction.

LASER PROCESSING SYSTEM

Cut through substrates such as heat-resistant glass, some plastics/polymers, nylon, papers, some rubber, silicone, etc. Works with a CO2 laser that emits in the infrared spectrum to cut or etch patterns by vaporizing the substrate. Applications may involve precision-cut rubilith masks, micromachining plexiglass, microfluidic channels in polymers, direct cutting or etching of PDMS. Resulting in plexiglass containers, ports, or microfluidics, among others.

MICROCOMPOUNDER

Ideal for the precisely controlled reactive extrusion of high viscous melts. By measuring the torque of the drive motor and the pressure in the backflow channel, the reaction process can be monitored effectively.  (FOR SMALL SAMPLES)
